Recipients are limited to the hosting and infrastructure providers operating this service under data-processing agreements.
Membership applications
- Data
- Contact details, answers, evidence and links, referral code, reviewer scores and notes, interview and decision record. Date of birth is used only for the age check and is visible to admins only.
- Who sees it
- The assigned recruitment team (typically two independent reviewers plus the Hub Leader).
- AI assist
- Only with explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) / 9(2)(a)). Advisory only — humans decide. Withdraw any time.
- Retention
- Drafts 90 days · rejected or withdrawn anonymised after 12 months · waitlist up to 24 months (with consent only) · active-member documents 180 days after membership ends · emails up to 12 months.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (Art. 15–22 GDPR). Write to officeyoungaileaderslinz.at or use the applicant dashboard.
You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
Telekommunikationsgesetz (TKG 2021)
We send newsletters and emails under § 174 TKG 2021 only with consent or within an existing relationship. Every message includes an unsubscribe option.
