Young AI Leaders Austria is youth-led and professionally run. We don't hand out titles. We give young builders, researchers and communicators the room, the resources and the responsibility to lead.
We select for character and team fit as much as for skill. Capability, availability and responsibility are the floor, not the whole picture.

Each team owns a driving question and holds it end to end, across both hubs.
How do we bring people together?
The front door. Turns members into a community and connects the city hubs through internal meetups and public stages.
How do we raise real AI fluency?
Where curiosity becomes capability. School pilots, partner workshops and internal upskilling, anchored in UNESCO MIL and the EU Pact for Skills.
How do we build?
The builders and the thinkers. Ships software and prototypes, runs applied research and publishes what the organisation learns.
How do we sustain and scale the work?
The engine room. When we show up credibly at a ministry table, in a partner deck or in your feed, this team put it there.
Hub meetings happen in person. Teams work in between: at our locations in Linz and Vienna, and wherever the work gets carried.
